دنیا بھر میں انٹرنیٹ کی رفتار میں نمایاں حد تک کمی واقع ہوئی

 اور اس کی وجہ سائبر سکیورٹی کے ماہرین کے مطابق تاریخ کا اپنی نوعیت کا سب سے بڑا سائبر حملہ ہے۔ ایک سپیم کے خلاف جدوجہد کرنے والے گروہ اور انٹرنیٹ ہوسٹنگ ویب سائٹ کے درمیان جاری تنازعے نے انٹرنیٹ کو بحیثیتِ مجموعی اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیا ہوا ہے۔ دوسری جانب مصر کی فوج کا کہنا ہے کہ مصری بحریہ نے بعض غوطہ خوروں کی جانب سے زیر سمندر انٹرنیٹ کی تار کاٹنے کی ایک کوشش کو ناکام بنایا ہے۔ سپیم ایسے پیغامات یا ای میلز کو کہا جاتا ہے جو تشہیر یا دھوکے کی غرض سے ایک صارف کی مرضی اور اجازت کے بغیر اسے بھجوائی جاتی ہیں جبکہ ویب ہوسٹنگ کمپنیاں مختلف ویب سائٹس کو انٹرنیٹ پر جگہ دیتی ہیں جہاں ویب سائٹس اپنا ڈیٹا رکھتی ہیں اور ترسیل کے کام کرتی ہیں۔ ان دو کے درمیان تنازعے کی وجہ سے جو سہولیات متاثر ہوئی ہیں ان میں نیٹ فلکس بھی شامل ہے اور ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ معاملہ بڑھ کر بینکوں اور ای میل کے نظام کو بھی اپنی لپیٹ میں لے سکتا ہے۔ دنیا کے پانچ ممالک کی سائبر پولیس کے اہلکار اس معاملے کی تحقیقات میں مصروف ہیں تاہم یہ نہیں پتا کہ یہ کون سے ممالک کی ہے۔ سپیم ہاؤس نامی ایک گروہ جس کے دفاتر لندن اور جنیوا میں ہیں ایک رفاہِ عامہ کا ادارہ ہے جو ای میل سروس فراہم کرنے والوں کی سپیم اور غیر مطلوبہ مواد کی چھان پھٹک کے معاملات میں مدد کرتا ہے ۔ اس مقصد کے لیے اس گروپ نے کئی فہرستیں تیار کر رکھی ہیں جن کے زریعے ایسے ای میل بھجوانے والوں کو بلاک کیا جا سکتا ہے اور اس گروپ کے پاس ایسے ڈیٹا بیس سرور بھی ہیں جو اس مقصد کے لیے استعمال کیے جاتے ہیں۔ حال ہی میں سپیم ہاؤس نے ایک نیدرلینڈ کی کمپنی کے انٹرنیٹ سرورز کو بلاک کر دیا تھا جسے سائبر بنکر کہا جاتا ہے۔ سائبر بنکر کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ دہشت گردی اور بچوں کی فحش فلموں کا مواد رکھنے والی ویب سائٹس کے علاوہ ہر ایسی ویب سائٹ کو ہوسٹ کرنے کے لیے یا انٹرنیٹ پر جگہ دینے کے لیے تیار ہیں سائبر بنکر کے ترجمان ہونے کا دعویٰ کرنے والے سوین اولف کیمپ ہپوئس نے ایک پیغام میں کہا کہ سپیم ہاؤس اپنے مقام کو غلط استعمال کر رہی ہے اور اسے اس بات کی اجازت نہیں دی جانی چاہیے کہ وہ یہ فیصلے کرتی پھرے کہ ’انٹرنیٹ پر کیا ہونا اور کیا نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔‘ دوسری جانب سپیم ہاؤس نے الزام عائد کیا ہے کہ سائبر بنکر مشرقی یورپ اور روسی ’جرائم کے گینگز‘ کے ساتھ مل کر اس کارروائی کے پیچھے ہیں۔ اس بارے میں جب بی بی سی نے سائبر بنکر سے رابطہ کیا تو انہوں نے کوئی جواب نہیں دیا۔ سپیم ہاؤس کے سربراہ سٹیو لِن فرڈ نے بی بی سی کو بتایا کہ اس نوعیت کا حملہ اس سے قبل کبھی نہیں ہوا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم اس حملے کا سامنا ایک ہفتے سے کر رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ’اس کے باوجود ہم اس حملے کا مقابلہ کر رہے ہیں اور قائم ہیں اور ہمارے انجینئروں نے ایک زبردست کام کیا ہے اور اس حملے کا مقابلہ کیا ہے جو ہمیں گرانے میں ناکام رہا ہے اگر کوئی اور ہوتا تو وہ کب کا اس حملے کے آگے ختم ہو چکا ہوتا۔ اس حملے کی نوعیت کو ’سہولیات کی فراہمی سے انکار‘ کہا جاتا ہے جس کا مطلب ہے کہ ایک معینہ حدف کی جانب بڑی تعداد میں انرنیٹ ٹریفک بھجوائی جاتی ہے جس کے جواب میں وہ قابلِ رسائی نہیں رہتا اور بند ہو جاتا ہے یا سست ہو جاتا ہے۔ لِن فرڈ نے کہا کہ اگر اس طرح کا حملہ حکومتوں کے انٹرنیٹ پر کیا جائے تو وہ اس کے سامنے بے بس ہو جائیں گیں مثال کے طور پر انہوں نے کہا کہ ’اگر برطانوی وزیراعظم کے دفتر کے انٹرنیٹ نظام کو نشانہ بنایا جائے تو وہ فوری اس کے سامنے ختم ہو جائے گا اور انٹرنیٹ سے غائب ہو جائے گا‘۔ ان حملوں کی شدت کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے لِن فرڈ نے کہا کہ ’یہ حملے تین سو گیگا بائٹ فی سیکنڈ کے حساب سے کیے جارہے ہیں۔ اورعموماً جب بینکوں کے خلاف حملے ہوتے ہیں تو وہ تقریباً پچاس گیگا بائٹ فی گھنٹہ کے حساب سے ہوتے ہیں۔‘ برطانیہ کی یونیورسٹی آف سرے کے پروفیسر ایلن ووڈ ورڈ جو سائبر سیکیورٹی کے ماہر بھی ہیں نے بتایا کہ اس کا پہلا اثر یہ ہے کہ عالمی سطح انٹرنیٹ سست ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس کی مثال دیتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ ’اگر آپ انٹرنیٹ کو ایک موٹر وے سمجھیں تو حملہ آور کیا کریں گے کہ اس پر اتنا ٹریفک بھجوا دیں گے کہ وہ اس موٹر وے سے آنے اور جانے کے راستوں کو بند کر دے گا۔ مگر یہ جو حملہ ہے اس صورت میں تو موٹر وے ہی بند ہو جائے گی کیونکہ اس پر اتنا ٹریفک چلا گیا ہے۔‘ سائبر سکیورٹی ماہرین کے مطابق اس سے قبل اس نوعیت کا حملہ سو گیگا بائٹ فی سیکنڈ کے حساب سے کیا گیا جو دو ہزار دس میں کیا گیا تھا یو سو سے تین سو پر چھلانگ ایک بہت نمایاں اور اہم بات ہے۔ اس بات کا بھی خدشہ ظاہر کیا جا رہا ہے کہ اس سے کئی سہولیات کو نقصان پہنچ سکتا ہے۔ لِن فرڈ نے کہا کہ کہ ان کی کمپنی دنیا کی کئی کمپنیوں کے ساتھ مل کر کام کرتی ہے اس لیے وہ اپنے کام کو ان کی مدد سے پھیلا رہے ہیں جس سے اس حملے کے اثر کو منتشر کرنے میں مدد مل رہی ہے اور کئی بڑی کمپنیوں جیسا کہ گوگل نے اس سلسلے میں مدد کی پیشکش کی ہے تاکہ اس ساری ویب ٹریفک کو جذب کیا جا سکے۔
